Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout and an overview of the services available are provided below.

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

This is the timeframe for processing orders, preparing products, packing and dispatching. Under normal circumstances we dispatch orders within 1-3 business days for all in stock items, but this can increase during busy periods such as Christmas to 2-5 business days.

Express shipping: Will be sent tracked or signed 1-3 business days

 

Express Tracked with 4" Protector: Will be sent tracked or signed with added Pop Protector 1-3 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard International: Will be sent tracked 3-17 business days

Standard International Tracked with 4" Protector: Will be sent tracked with added Pop Protector 3-17 business days

Express International: Will be sent tracked or signed 2-11 business days

CUSTOMS: 

International shipments are subject to customs inspections and checks, which can increase delivery times/delays, so please be aware of this and check tracking details for shipping updates.

The Customs procedures, timeframes and possible costs incurred are completely dependent on the Customer's Local Laws and Regulations. All Customs charges upon arrival at the Designated Country are the responsibility of the Customer/Buyer.
